Leather – The Living Material

Our products are not mass manufactured. It is not pressed from synthetic fibers, coated in vinyl, or stamped out by the millions in a factory. It came from an animal, processed by skilled hands, and it carries with it every quality that makes natural materials worth owning — including their beautiful imperfections.

We Use 100% Full Grain American Cowhide leather. In full grain leather, the tight, dense fiber structure of the original hide remains completely undisturbed. This is what gives it extraordinary durability — far beyond what corrected grain, bonded, or synthetic leathers can offer. The fibers resist tearing, breathe naturally, and develop strength with use rather than degrading from it.

Because full grain leather is unaltered, it retains the story of the animal’s life. You may notice subtle variations in texture, small healed scars, differences in grain tightness from one area to another, or slight variation in color. These are not defects. They are evidence of authenticity.

A small mark from where the animal grazed against a fence, a tonal shift from one flank to another, a slightly looser grain near the belly — these are the signatures of real material. Cheap leathers hide this with heavy corrective coatings or synthetic surfaces. Real leather wears these marks as proof of what it is.

Your piece is unique. There is not another one exactly like it in the world. That is not a flaw in the making — it is the point of it.

Return & Exchange Policy

No Worries Returns

We stand behind the quality of every belt we craft. If something isn’t right, we make it right — no fuss, no hassle. Please review the simple conditions below so we can process your return smoothly.

Return window – Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order shipment date.

Condition – Belts must be unworn and in their original, unused condition.

Original packaging – Items must be returned in their original packaging, intact and undamaged.

Return postage – The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping and postage fees.

Non-returnable: custom & personalized items:
Custom and personalized belts — including those featuring initials, monograms, name engravings, or any other bespoke modifications — are not eligible for return or exchange. Because these items are made specifically for you, all custom sales are final.

2 – Securely pack the unworn belt in its original packaging.

3 – Ship the package in it’s original packaging using a trackable carrier to ensure safe delivery.

4 – Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Belt Products — Original Owner Coverage

Effective Date Update: January 1, 2026

1. Overview

We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our belt products with an unwavering commitment to the original purchaser. This Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) reflects our confidence in our materials and manufacturing, and our dedication to customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and the terms under which coverage applies.

2. Warranty Coverage

Subject to the terms and exclusions set forth in this policy, this Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to:

  • Defects in leather material, including cracking, splitting, or structural failure arising from manufacturing faults.
  • Defects in hardware components, including buckles, rivets, snaps, D-rings, and attachment points.
  • Defects in screws or fasteners used in the construction of the belt.
  • Failure of stitching or bonding due to manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

In the case of missing hardware or screws that are not the result of misuse or accident, these items will be shipped directly to the original owner at no charge. Missing hardware is considered a minor remedy that can typically be resolved by the owner without requiring a full belt return.

3. Eligibility and Registration Requirement

This Warranty is available exclusively to the original purchaser of the belt and is non-transferable. Coverage does not extend to subsequent owners, recipients of gifted belts, or purchasers of pre-owned belts.

To activate Warranty coverage, the original owner must complete product registration within thirty (30) days of purchase. Registration may be completed via our website or by contacting our customer service team directly. Proof of purchase — such as a receipt, order confirmation, or invoice — must be retained by the owner and may be required to process any Warranty claim.

Failure to register the product does not automatically void coverage, but may result in delays in claim processing if ownership and purchase date cannot be independently verified.

4. Intended Use

This Warranty applies only to belts used for their intended purposes. Intended purposes include:

  • Being worn with pants or trousers as a standard clothing accessory.
  • Supporting and securing holsters specifically designed for attachment to belts.
  • Supporting and securing utility equipment, tools, pouches, and accessories that are specifically manufactured and designed for belt attachment.

Coverage under this Warranty is conditioned upon the belt being used in a manner consistent with the above intended purposes. Use of the belt in any other capacity, including but not limited to industrial, structural, or recreational applications for which it was not designed, will void coverage.

5. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or failure resulting from any of the following:

  • Chemical Exposure: Contact with solvents, dyes, acids, bleach, petroleum products, cleaning agents, or any other chemical substances that cause degradation, discoloration, or structural damage to the leather or hardware.
  • Animal Damage: Chewing, scratching, or other damage caused by animals of any kind.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Use of the belt in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, including overloading beyond reasonable capacity, using the belt as a restraint device, towing strap, or any structural application.
  • Accidental Damage: Physical damage resulting from drops, impacts, cuts, abrasions, or other accidents.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration of finish, color fading, minor surface scratches, and similar changes that occur through ordinary everyday use over time.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Alterations, repairs, or modifications made by any party other than the manufacturer or an authorized repair provider.
  • Improper Care: Damage resulting from failure to follow care and maintenance instructions provided with the product.
  • Environmental Damage: Prolonged exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight, moisture, humidity, or other environmental conditions that cause material breakdown.

6. Warranty Remedies

Upon verification of a valid Warranty claim, we reserve the sole right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include one or more of the following:

  • Repair: Repair of the defective component, including replacement of hardware, screws, or other affected parts.
  • Partial Replacement: Replacement of specific components such as hardware or leather panels, where full belt replacement is not necessary.
  • Full Belt Replacement: Replacement of the entire belt with the same or equivalent model, at our discretion.
  • Store Credit: In the event that a full belt replacement is warranted and the specific belt model has been discontinued or is no longer in production, a store credit equal to the original purchase price paid by the original owner will be issued. Store credit will be applied to the original purchaser’s account and may be used toward any available product.

We do not offer cash refunds under this Warranty. Store credit issued under this Warranty has no expiration date and is non-transferable.

7. How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a Warranty claim, the original owner must:

  • Contact our customer service team by email or through our website’s Warranty claim portal.
  • Provide proof of registration and proof of purchase.
  • Provide a written description of the defect or issue, along with photographs clearly showing the damage or defect.
  • If requested, ship the belt to our designated facility. Return shipping instructions and a prepaid return label will be provided for valid claims where physical inspection is required.

We will review and respond to all Warranty claims within ten (10) business days of receiving all required documentation. If a physical inspection is required, a determination will be made within ten (10) business days of receipt of the returned product.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN SECTION 6 OF THIS POLICY. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

9. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY US WITH RESPECT TO OUR BELT PRODUCTS. WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the manufacturer is domiciled, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Warranty that cannot be resolved through our customer service process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect proprietary rights or confidential information.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Warranty is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Warranty shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the original owner and the manufacturer with respect to Warranty coverage for the product. It supersedes all prior representations, warranties, or agreements relating to the same subject matter. No employee, dealer, distributor, or agent of ours is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Warranty without our express written consent.

13. Amendments and Updates

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our official website. The version of the Warranty in effect at the time of your original product purchase will govern your coverage, and no subsequent modification will reduce the rights afforded to you under the Warranty as it existed on your date of purchase.
